Machine CERTIFIED ASEPTIC for PH Neutral products
Volpak designs, manufactures and commercializes aseptic machines for doypackŪ pouches.
The SMA , is the model Certified aseptic for PH neutral products. It is a well experimented machine that since 2007 has been producing at industrial base, packing a large variety of dairy products.
The machine forms the pouch from a reel of heat sealable material and delivers it to the sterilization chamber, where it is completely sterilized by blowing non condensed vaporized peroxide inside and outside the pouch.
The sterile pouch is then filled with a dosing unit and specific nozzles designed to fill aseptically.
For doypackŪ pouches with top cap, the machine equips a small chamber for the sterilization of the caps also by means of vaporized peroxide. The sterile cap is introduced and welded to the pouch after fill.
The result is a high quality doypackŪ pouch, with all the advantages of the flexible packages, containing natural products such as whipped cream, milk, liquid desserts, natural juices, etc. that can be distributed and stored out of the cold chain.
Many of the dairy products sold in flexible pouches in Europe have been packed with Volpak machines.
